Evolve Annual Conference 2024

Our Annual Conference is just one week away. Each year, Evolve Health Mentors from across the country come together to celebrate their impact and complete further training to prepare for the coming year.

This year’s conference will host the launch of Evolve’s new Development Tracker that provides schools with rich and meaningful data about pupil’s wellbeing, mindset and performance. Our Health Mentors will be learning all about this new online platform and its many new features. You can read more about the Evolve Development Tracker in our previous blog here: https://www.evolvesi.com/2024/07/17/evolving-impact/

We are also very pleased to announce that West Midlands Police Chief Inspector Corrina Griffiths will be speaking at the conference about the growing concern of knife crime and serious youth violence. Health Mentors often support mentees who are at risk of criminality and gang exploitation so this promises to be a very valuable and important workshop.

We are also taking this opportunity to launch our latest impact report. Health Mentors have worked non-stop this year to support the wellbeing, education and wider development of children across the country. Find out first about how we’ve made a difference and celebrate our latest successes with us next Wednesday 28th August.

Finally, we will also be celebrating the dedication and achievements of our Health Mentors at our annual awards dinner. This event honours the outstanding efforts of Evolve Health Mentors across several categories:

  • Learner of the Year
  • Rookies of the Year
  • Hall of Fame Inductees
  • Regional Health Mentors of the Year
  • National Health Mentor of the Year

These awards reflect the exceptional impact that our Health Mentors have made through supporting their mentees during the previous academic year. We are excited to recognise their hard work and commitment to making a significant difference to individuals, local communities and society as a whole.

Keep an eye on our social media channels from 28th August to see real time updates from the Evolve Annual Conference and related celebrations.
