We are looking for a talented, passionate and values-driven candidate to become our next Relationship Manager responsible for our activity in London.

The successful candidate will play a key role in changing the lives of children and young people by leading and developing a team of Health Mentors who work with pupils in their school or educational setting.

Being inspirational, you’ll lead your team by example, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and retention, as well as developing new client relationships in your region and achieving sales targets. Managing your own regional budget, you’ll work closely with our schools and educational partners, managing the delivering of our groundbreaking projects in schools.

As our Relationship Manager, your main priorities will be:

  • To build and maintain strong and valued relationships with schools and education partners, understanding and managing their needs to a high level of satisfaction.
  • To increase your client base and build new relationships with new school and education partners in your region.
  • To support, coach and develop a strong and motivated team of Health Mentors, equipped with the skills and confidence to deliver our innovative child-centred programmes.
  • To manage programme delivery effectively and efficiently, achieving financial and social impact targets.
  • To be committed to positively changing the lives of children and young people.
  • As part of Evolve’s Management Team, to contribute to achieving Evolve’s mission, aims and objectives as a company.

Essential experience for the role are:

  • Minimum of 3 years working within a related sector.
  • Having a successful track record of building and maintaining client relationships and ability to have positive interactions with all levels of clients, including Headteachers, Senior Leaders, C-level executives and Trustee Boards of schools.
  • Successful experience with developing and building new relationships to increase revenue and profitability.
  • Experience of inspiring, developing and performance managing staff.
  • Proficient administrative and organisational skills to manage a team of up to 16 staff
  • Highly effective communication skills – verbal, written and presentation.
  • Understanding of the needs and challenges faced by Primary and Secondary schools, Looked After Children, Pupil Referral Units and SEND children.

Desirable requirements for the role are:

  • Experience of managing contracts and projects, with a focus on meeting quality, time and budget delivery targets.
  • Experience of programme delivery, activity provision, sports coaching and/or mentoring within an educational setting.
  • Knowledge of the UK Education sector, its operation, challenges and language.
